WoolWorld Terms of Service

Effective date: September 19, 2026

By inviting, accessing, or using the WoolWorld Discord bot (“WoolWorld”, “the Bot”, “we”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the Bot and remove it from your Discord server.

1. Description of the Service

WoolWorld is a Discord role-playing game that provides features such as resource gathering, crafting, combat, character progression, trading, housing, and multiplayer dungeons.

WoolWorld is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Microsoft, Mojang Studios, or Minecraft.

2. Eligibility and Discord Rules

You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws while using WoolWorld.

You are responsible for the activity performed through your Discord account. Server administrators are responsible for deciding where and how the Bot may be used within their servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended game mechanics.
• Use automated accounts, scripts, macros, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Bot or its infrastructure.
• Use the Bot for harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or violations of Discord’s policies.
• Sell, exchange, or transfer WoolWorld virtual items or currency for real-world money without explicit permission from WoolWorld’s operator.

We may restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms or negatively affect the Bot or its community.

4. Virtual Items and Game Progress

Items, currency, statistics, levels, equipment, and other progress within WoolWorld are virtual game data. They do not have real-world monetary value and do not represent ownership of real property.

Game progress may change or be removed because of balancing updates, bug fixes, technical failures, abuse prevention, or violations of these terms.

5. Availability and Changes

WoolWorld is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or error-free operation.

Features, rules, game balance, commands, and these Terms of Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when necessary. Significant changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.

6. Privacy

Use of WoolWorld is also governed by the WoolWorld Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information the Bot processes and how that information is used.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WoolWorld’s operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using WoolWorld at any time by no longer interacting with the Bot or by removing it from your Discord server.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.
